Reasoning: Here we have a rematch of a game played only 8 days ago between USF and DePaul who is hands down the worst team in the Big East. USF
were 3 point favorites on the road at DePaul and prevailed 63-59 with 20 points and 7 rebounds from Dominique Jones . DePaul finished 1-17 in the Big East
this year which was an improvement from last year when they were 0-18 in the Big East. USF on the other hand went 9-9 in the Big East and 19-11 overall and
are currently on the bubble and are looking to move up with a strong showing in the Big East Tournament. They will start as 7 point favorites at Madison Square
Garden where all the games will be played and are on a three game winning streak at the moment with wins over DePaul, Providence and UCONN to end their
regular season. This is just so much of a bigger game for USF than DePaul for the simple fact DePaul has to win the Tournament to get a spot in the field of 64
and USF has to win a few games and hope to get lucky or outright win the Tournament which would be a huge surprise to the College Basketball community.
Waiting in the 2nd round for USF would be Georgetown whom USF has already beaten this year in an 8 point victory at Georgetown which is arguably their best
win of the season. USF should get off to a fast start in this game as DePaul is just looking to go home and end their season of misery , this type of situation does
not happen much very often cause so many teams are on the bubble but DePaul has absolutely nothing to play for and they have already showed up they have no
pride.

Reasoning: This will be the third of four meetings this season between these Southern Division foes and Charlotte has dominated the season series thus far by
winning the first two games this season. On January 2nd Charlotte went into Miami and won 107-97 , two weeks later Miami went to Charlotte for a chance at
pay back for taking a home game away from them but were annihilated 104-65 as four point dogs, Ouch! For some reason the Heat just struggle against the
Bobcats tough team defense things should not be any different tonight in Charlotte the place of the 39 point massacre because Miami did not make any moves at
the trade deadline to address their height and rebounding issues. These two teams are batteling for the last playoff spot in the Eastern Conference , Miami is
32-31 and currently the # 7 seed while Charlotte is 30-31 and 1 game out of the # 8 spot which is currently occupied by the Chicago Bulls. None the less this is a
very important game for both teams and maybe more for the Bobcats for the simple reason they are playing catch up and time is running out. Charlotte is 4-6 SU
in their last ten games and are fading away after a great start to the season, they have not lost yet to Miami this season and should be able to continue their
dominance over the Heat and pick up a very important game.
